Perpetual Frontiers was founded in 1986 by Merle W. Roberts, C.P.M. and built its reputation for quality and effectiveness delivering the most comprehensive and successful C.P.M. candidate training in the world.  As a former member of the C.P.M. item writing and review committee, a contributing author to the C.P.M. Study Guide and the author of the ISM Self Study Course for Module 4, Mr. Roberts delivers a unique blend of experience and knowledge of the C.P.M. process.

Over the last twenty-four years, while continuing his career as a manager and executive in purchasing and supply management, he and his associates have developed a wide range of programs to meet the evolving training needs of the purchasing and supply profession. They have delivered public and private seminars to audiences throughout the United States and Canada that many participants characterize as the most informative and effective of their careers.

Perpetual Frontiers has a wide variety of prepared programs to choose from and the resources and experience to create custom programs on most purchasing and supply related topics. We have delivered programs to audiences in excess of 300 and on-site seminars for as few as 2 participants.
