Park in the parking structure adjacent to the Xerox Building.

Enter the parking structure from Cabrillo on Xerox Way.

The visitor parking gate does not open until 8:00AM on Saturdays, so when you arrive, enter through the monthly parking entrance. Press the button on the parking ticket device, it will issue you a ticket and the gate will open.  Be sure to hold on to your parking ticket for exit purposes at the end of the day.  Park on LL1 or LL2. The entrance to the main building is usually locked until 8:00AM and the elevators will not operate until 8:00AM so if you arrive before 8:00AM we suggest that you wait in you car until they open. Then take the garage elevator to Level 2.  Proceed to the main building and take the elevator inside the main building to the 9th floor, Suite 900.

Cancellation Policy

Any seminar registration may be cancelled with a full refund (less a $10.00 processing fee) provided the cancellation is emailed or faxed to Perpetual Frontiers no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the seminar.  No refunds will be made for late cancellations or no shows.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling will be permitted only prior to the originally scheduled seminar date.  Any fee paid for seminar registration may be applied to another seminar within 6 months of the date of the original seminar.  Rescheduling will be permitted only once for any one payment.  No shows will not be permitted to reschedule.

No Show Policy

No shows will not be permitted to reschedule and no refund will be made.

Liability Limitation

If a seminar is not held for any reason, Perpetual Frontiers liability is limited to the seminar fee.
