Module 3
“Value Enhancement Strategies”
This program aids in preparing
candidates for one of the four exams that are the cornerstone
of the Institute for Supply Management’s (ISM)
certification process. This workshop focuses on
the sixteen tasks designated by ISM for Module
3 of the C.P.M. exams titled “Value Enhancement
Strategies”. Its interactive format includes lecture
and discussion, examples, exercises and practice
testing and review. It is supported with a PowerPoint
presentation and a bound handout and is suitable
